Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
What is it?
QHHT was created by Dolores Cannon in the 1970's. Over the years she had perfected a technique that took people into a deeper level of trance with hypnosis in order to become aware of their past lives and get answers from them that tie into their lives now. She also realized that by having people in this deeper level of trance, we can connect to their deeper parts of the mind called the subconscious mind or higher self. This part of us is always there however, we usually feel disconnected from it because our conscious mind takes over most of the time. Our intuition and "deeper knowing" comes from our subconscious mind so sometimes it can get through the conscious mind to give us messages and feelings of things to come.
Hypnosis is very safe as we are using natural states of the mind. We actually go into the first level of trance, or Alpha stage frequently throughout our day. This happens when we get that "zoned out" feeling when we watch TV or sometimes even while driving. QHHT uses the next level of trance or Theta stage which we naturally go into right before we fall asleep and right before we wake up.
By using this technique we allow people to get more understanding about why things are the way they are in this lifetime now. It can help give you greater meaning in life and help you see changes you can make to be the best possible you. It can also help guide you to your greatest purpose in life and give you back that spark of passion. The main thing about this technique is that it can help you heal as well. This could be healing from past life trauma or healing in this lifetime now from aches/pains, illnesses or disease. One session takes 4-6 hours and costs $400 for the full session

I only book one session per day because sessions normally take 4 to 6 hours. It starts off by talking first so I can get to know you better and understand why you are wanting to have a session. This helps me to guide the actual hypnosis session in the best possible way that I can. Then the actual hypnosis part of it takes 2 hours in which you will be asked to see some things which will help get you deeper into the trance state. In most sessions, you will be taken through 1-3 past lives or stories your soul has experienced. Then with you in the deeper level of trance, it allows us to connect with the deeper part of you, your subconscious mind or higher self. This is where we get your questions answered. Once the hypnosis session is complete, I debrief with you about the session. I audio record the session for you to take home and listen to as many times as you like. Listening to the recording helps you put more things into place and remind you of the important messages that may help you be the best you. The more you listen to the recording, the more healing can happen as well.
How To Prepare
The night before and morning of your session, please refrain from drinking any alcohol. Also try to limit your caffeine intake as we want you to be in more of a calm, relaxed state. If you meditate, this is a great way to start the morning before your session to help you get in the right frame of mind. Eat something before your session because it can take up to 6 hours.
The most important thing to have prepared with you for your session is your list of questions. We will go over these before the hypnosis part of the session starts. Scroll down to get an idea of what questions you can ask but remember it is pretty unlimited.
One more thing, come into your session day with an open mind and with as little of expectations as possible. Everyone's experiences are different, it all depends on what you need to be shown at this time in your life to help you in the very best way that we can.
Questions For Your Session
Honestly, there is no limit to the amount or type of questions you ask. I realize that is a lot to think about though so scroll ahead to get some ideas of what to ask questions about. However, these are just the main categories people usually ask about but don't feel you have to limit yourself to just these. Also remember, you will never be given more than you can handle. Some questions are meant for you to find out at a later time. Have fun with it and go deep!
Health and Wellness
Think about any aches, pains, or illnesses you might be or have been experiencing. The body should always be healthy so usually if we are dealing with some sort or ache or pain, it is a message for us on something deeper. These messages could be tied into our life now or even from a past life. Once the message is brought to our awareness, we can heal from it and move on. You can also ask questions in regards to what you should or could be doing in your life to find a healthier balance.
Purpose in Life
Have you ever wondered what your true purpose in life is? Are you in the right career doing what you should be doing? These are great questions to ask because the answers can really help us get on the right path of life that we were meant to be on.
Humans are very social creatures and we end up having many different relationships in life whether it's with a partner, children, friends, or even co-workers. Sometimes we question why certain people are in our lives or what the purpose is of certain relationships. You can even ask questions about your beloved pets!
These questions are more about fun and just getting answers for maybe bizarre or strange things you want to know about. This could be clarification on a strange phenomenon you witnessed or experienced, questions about why you are drawn to certain things, or even far out there things like "Is the world round?". The potential for these questions is truly unlimited!
Is QHHT Right For You?
There can be many different reasons for a person wanting a QHHT session. It could be because they want to know more about why certain things keep reoccurring, or why they attract the people they do. It could also be because they want more answers about different illnesses they have struggled with or a certain ache/pain that doesn't seem to go away. Some people are just curious about what more is out there for them to know about themselves or life in general. Usually it takes one session to get these things figured out but it is always open to having more sessions if there is more you want to find out about yourself to really get to know and remember who you are.
