Service Description

Please bring with you a water bottle, mat, and pillow. I will have some of this there to use if needed. Come with an open mind and allow your mind, body, and soul some peace and relaxation by listening to different instruments and allowing them to take you on a healing journey. The different frequencies and vibrations of these unique instruments help you to quiet the mind, find relaxation, and release any stagnant energy.
